1:27 a.m. - Sunday, May. 18, 2003 i meant to elaborate about wednesday on thursday but i forgot, no, i was too tired. but yeah. wednesday i went and saw xmen 2 with chad, it ruled. i went to school, came home, did nothing, went online. i talked to ryan while i was waiting for chad to call me, and ryan said i should go to pizza hut because that where he would be with amber, who he is not involved with. he made that clear, i don't know why, not like my emotions matter or anything, i'm just a makeout buddy. well anyway, chad calls and i head down. i meet his motha, brothas, and house. haha. yeah his house. we go to the mall and hang out in bullmouse for a little while whilst we wait for the movie to start at 7. ryan magically appeared from thin air. heh. i wanted to talk to him but i held back. it just seemed weird to be there with chad and then go talk to ryan. i don't think they get along. well anyway, we go to our movie, which i didn't have to pay for because he works there, and it was awesome. i dropped him off, oh wait i let him drove home (sshhsh its a secret) and i went home. good times. friday was lewiston prom. i woke up, put on pajamas (i sleep in skivs) and went to school. i didn't do anything with my hair and if i could have found my other slipper, it would have graced my feet. but alas, i was one slipper short of heaven. school was okay because i had everything ready the night before. i had painted nick's (nick r) reading project for the book he read "survivor" by chuck palnuchk... i'm pretty sure i mispelled his last name wrong but eh, whatevuh. it was a painting of a man piloting an airplane as it's about to crash into some buildings. it was a four hour job, nothing incredibly special. and! i spent even less time on mine. heh. mine was a diagram i guess? it was a standard size poster board so like 27 by 33 or so? yeah, a big piece of poster board. i drew half a torso and most of the right arm on about a third of it. it wasn't like a torso like with clothes or skin. but just the muscles and a few other choice tissues. i did it in blue and it came out pretty cool. and on the remainder of the posterboard and slightly overlapping the torso was a super enlargement of the skeletal structure of the hand. it wasnt the entire hand though, it included the lower half of the metacarpal, and up to two thirds of the falanges. in laments terms, thats part of the wrist all the way up to the second nuckle, and a little past that. well anyway! i was talking about my day... haha. i came home and called my mom because no one was home when i got there. someone had to do my hair. she said she was on her way. so i took a shower and she got home at like 4 or so... i was supposed to be at chads at 5. it takes at least half and hour to get there... so i get ready and my mother does my hair and i leave around 5:15... maybe a little after or before. i get to chads a little before 6 and his motha takes some pictures, i bet a look dumb, and we got to margarittas to eat. there we meet: jp, jaime, nina, and chaz. they were all super cool kids. especially nina. after we get our eat on, we go to prom and it was fun like woah. my philosophy in life: dance like no one is watching... =D. after prom we went to ninas and i got fondue on my dress =(. but eh. i left at 12:30 or 1:30 i don't know. i wanted to go see ryan in my prom dress. i thought it would be funny but i figured it would be too late for that. so i went home and i almost fell asleep while driving. today was sweet ass. i woke up at 11, chad called at 12, and i got my hair done at 1. yeah... i'm almost blonde. haha. it's different. i'm not sure if i like it yet. but my mom does. i get home at like 4 almost 5 i think? mom tells me that chad called like 8 times. well, mom is straightening my hair and guess who shows up. chad. i was like "uh, i was supposed to call you when i got home..." but i didn't say that. so he waited while i got my hair straightened and we went and got the pizza just in time for him to have to go back to lewiston to have to work. i felt bad because he was here for like not even half an hour. well anyway i go online and ethan ims me and asks me if i want to go to the movies to go see the matrix with him and maybe get a bite to eat. of course i say hellz ya. so a little before 8 i leave and get to his house in auburn. we go and get icecream and sit on the hood, and then the roof of my car and talk a little. the icecream was rad because it was supposed to cost 5 dollars and i had a dollar and he had 3 so he gives it to jaime (yes the same one from last night) and she give him three dollars in change. haha. i so claim that as me paying for it. well after we sit in my car and play with my random electronic toys we go to the movie theater. he gave me a piggy back ride. inside, i hide behind him because chad is working. then after like a minute ethan points me out and i wave. when ethan was paying he said to the cashier kid that i was kara, and the cashier kid said "kara kara...?" and ethan said "yeah" and the cashier kid said "i've heard so much about you." i was really weirded out, i wonder what has been said. well anyway when we were getting our slushies chad was talking to the cashier kid and then comes back over and asks me for my number, i said "i'm taken," pointed to ethan, "sorry." he says to that cashier kid "she wont give me her number" and then either i or ethan said something about making out. we wave and head to the theater. ethan said that chad was probably jealous. well anyway we are watching it and every now and then ethan looks at me and i can tell so i make a face or nod my head with disbelief. the movie was rad, but not as good as the first one. i mean it was action packed, perhaps overly... and zion ruled. but, the plot was a little choppy. well afterward we are watching the credits and waiting for the LAMEST trailer ever. and then! outside i give him a piggy back to my car and we go to chads. i drop him off and go home. and here i am and its not 1:27 anymore its actually 2:08. tomorrow/today...: uh... sleep and finish cleaning my car and maybe my room???
